Automobile design and construction have evolved dramatically. So have collision repair methods. For over 30 years Glen-Merritt Collision has stayed committed to leading the field in technology and training to best serve Niagara Peninsula motorists.

Today’s vehicles require certified technicians to rebuild them following a collision. To stay current with fast changing vehicle repair methods, our technicians participate in ongoing training and certification. Glen-Merritt Collision is also a founding member of CSN [Collision Solutions Network], provider of a quality assurance national warranty for repairs performed by collision repair centres with a CSN designation.

For protection and safety the structural integrity of each vehicle must be guaranteed. In fact, following an accident, today’s vehicles must be reconstructed, not just repaired, to ensure that the safety of the occupants in the event of a future collision. Glen-Merritt Collision invests hundreds of thousands of dollars on the latest hi-tech equipment to return vehicles to “as new”, pre-damage condition. Quality control inspections and a test drive confirm that repairs have been completed successfully. Each vehicle is then cleaned and detailed inside and out, to look good as new.

While exceptional service, quality repairs, and fast turn around make up the Glen-Merritt experience people know best, we also pride ourselves in giving back to our community. Glen-Merritt Collision is a proud sponsor of many youth sports organizations, as well as the Special Olympics, the United Way, Big Brothers & Sisters Associations, the Alzheimer’s Society, the Kidney Foundation and others. One of our major programs is the Christmas Car Give Away.

Glen-Merritt staff, management and our industry partners invest their personal time and resources to restore a lightly damaged new vehicle. Then we fill it with gifts and present it to a needy family. The family is selected by an independent, community panel from nominations supplied by Women’s Place. We believe that having reliable transportation allows disadvantaged families to integrate back into the community and helps them live better, more productive lives.
