TechnologyAutomobile design and construction have evolved dramatically. So have collision repair methods. For over 30 years Glen-Merritt Collision has used leading edge technology and training to best serve Niagara Peninsula motorists. To stay current with changing automotive repair methods, our technicians participate in ongoing training and certification. Glen-Merritt Collision is also a founding member of CSN [Collision Solutions Network], provider of a quality assurance national warranty for repairs performed by collision repair centres with a CSN designation.
Today’s vehicles require highly trained technicians to properly repair them. Following a collision they must be reconstructed, not just fixed, to ensure that the mechanical and structural integrity will continue to provide safety for the occupants in the event of a future collision. Our recent technology updates include the latest digital measuring and frame straightening systems. These are used to check that all structural measurements are returned to factory specifications. We’ve also installed state-of-the-art Prep Stations and Paint Booths that provide an ultra clean environment for technicians to prepare and paint vehicles using the same technology that major car manufacturers use. A computer controlled paint mixing system matches vehicle colours exactly, even accounting for the effect of seasonal wear on the original finish.
At Glen-Merritt Collision we change and adapt to ensure that the quality and service Niagara Peninsula motorists have come to expect from us is maintained and exceeded. With Glen-Merritt Collision you’re back on the road faster and safer.
